E-commerce Operations Executive

About the Role

At SoHome, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage and streamline our day-to-day e-commerce operations. You’ll be responsible for everything from product listings and inventory updates to order fulfilment and customer support. This role sits at the heart of our business, ensuring our customers receive a smooth and delightful shopping experience.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—warehouse, marketing, finance, and third-party logistics partners—to deliver operational excellence in a fast-paced and growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product & Inventory Management

• Create and manage accurate product listings across Shopify
• Coordinate with the warehouse to update product details, stock availability, and new launches
• Ensure high-quality listings with correct descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing
• Monitor inventory levels and flag low stock or restocking needs

2. Order Processing & Fulfilment

• Manage end-to-end order lifecycle: confirmation, coordination with warehouse, invoice generation, tracking, and returns
• Work with logistics platforms (DTDC India) to ensure timely and error-free delivery
• Troubleshoot issues related to delayed dispatch, RTOs, cancellations, or misdeliveries

3. Customer Success

• Handle customer queries, order updates, complaints, and post-sale service via email, calls, or chat
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics to resolve escalations and maintain customer satisfaction
• Proactively address feedback and contribute to improved CX (Customer Experience)

4. Reporting & Analysis

• Maintain daily dispatch, return, and sales reports for internal transparency
• Analyse logistics data and order trends to improve operational efficiency

Requirements & Must-Haves

• Prior experience (1–2 years) in e-commerce operations or fulfilment
• Hands-on knowledge of platforms like Shopify, DTDC, Delhivery, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
• Customer-first approach and eagerness to learn new tools and trends

Graphic Designer

Location: Mumbai

About the Role

At SoHome, we’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life through impactful visual communication. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing a wide range of creative assets across digital, web, and print formats—aligned with our modern and design-focused home brand.

You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and web teams to create visuals that elevate customer experience, boost engagement, and tell the SoHome story consistently and beautifully.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital & Web Design

• Design visual assets for social media, newsletters, and digital ads (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Create banners, graphics, and product highlights for the SoHome website and marketplace listings
• Work on UI visuals in collaboration with the web team to ensure a consistent brand identity

2. Branding & Campaigns

• Develop creatives for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand stories
• Maintain and evolve brand aesthetics through typography, color palettes, and design consistency
• Support in developing offline brand materials like packaging, brochures, and event collaterals

3. Product & Content Support

• Assist with product photoshoots and editing
• Design product labels, inserts, and user guides
• Collaborate with the content team to visually translate key messaging and product benefits

4. Innovation & Trends

• Stay updated with the latest design and digital trends to keep visuals fresh and appealing
• Suggest and execute new creative formats, ideas, and design improvements

Requirements & Must-Haves

• 1–2 years of graphic design experience (preferably in a D2C/e-commerce environment)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva

Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Mumbai

About the Role

At SoHome, we’re looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our performance marketing and growth strategy across digital platforms. This role is pivotal in scaling our D2C brand presence, driving traffic, and boosting conversions through paid campaigns, SEO, email marketing, and content initiatives.

You’ll work closely with the design, product, and content teams to ensure a cohesive brand presence while driving measurable results. If you have a strong grasp of e-commerce marketing strategies and a passion for building brands in the digital space, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Marketing Campaigns

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms
• Monitor ad spend, ROAS, and KPIs to ensure cost-effective results
• A/B test creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to improve performance

2. Website & Conversion Optimization

• Collaborate with the web team to improve landing pages, optimize UX, and reduce bounce rates
• Drive CRO initiatives using tools like Google Analytics.

3. SEO & Content Strategy

• Oversee SEO optimization for product pages, blogs, and site structure
• Work with content and SEO teams to boost organic traffic and keyword rankings

4. Email & Retention Marketing

• Manage automated and campaign-based email flows
• Implement strategies for customer segmentation, cart recovery, and loyalty campaigns

5. Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports
• Analyze consumer behavior and campaign data to inform strategy and content decisions

Requirements & Must-Haves

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce brand
• Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and email marketing best practices
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
